* This 41 year old woman had a left breast cancer. As treatment for her cancer she had bilateral subcutaneous mastectomies. She was a good candidate for simply replacing her breast tissue with anatomically shaped silicone gel implants placed under the skin flaps. Low height, moderate profile, 465 cc implants replaced her breast tissue. She is very happy with her one stage breast reconstruction.
